大沽河拦河坝工程采用橡胶坝加调节闸相结合形式，橡胶坝单孔净宽49m，坝袋高度3m，共6孔，采用书脊式充气坝袋，为弧形结构，采用国内的一次性整体成型、整体硫化工艺，坝袋外表平整美观、无搭接缝。整道橡胶坝呈“C”型布置，结构新颖，是国内第一个弧形书脊式橡胶坝，为大沽河综合治理增添了一道亮丽的风景线。
