大沽河拦河坝工程采用橡胶坝加调节闸相结合形式,橡胶坝单孔净宽49m,坝袋高度3m,共6孔,采用书脊式充气坝袋,为弧形结构,采用国内的一次性整体成型、整体硫化工艺,坝袋外表平整美观、无搭接缝。整道橡胶坝呈“C”型布置,结构新颖,是国内第一个弧形书脊式橡胶坝,为大沽河综合治理增添了一道亮丽的风景线。
